How to Keep Your Iman Alive All Year Round

A 2-hour live workshop for teens (ages 12–18)

Saturday 28 March 2026 · 11am – 1pm GMT · Live on Zoom · £10

Ramadan has just passed.

You prayed more. You tried harder. You felt closer to Allah.

But once Ramadan ends, many people feel their motivation drop.

So what happens next?

This workshop isn’t about being perfect. It’s about understanding how iman works, why it rises and falls, and how to hold on to the good habits that really matter.

Using lessons from the Qur’an, Sunnah and lives of the Salaf, we’ll look at how faith grows and how it can continue long after Ramadan ends.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore:

  1. Your Ramadan, your journey

An honest reflection on what went well and what didn’t — and why that’s completely normal.

  1. Why the post-Ramadan slump happens

Iman naturally rises and falls. The goal isn’t to stay at the highest level forever, but to keep moving forward.

  1. The habits worth keeping

Not everything from Ramadan needs to continue. We’ll focus on the habits that are realistic and sustainable.

  1. Breaking the “I’ll start tomorrow” cycle

Why good intentions often fade — and how to prevent it.

  1. Your personal action plan

One spiritual habit. One knowledge habit. One character goal. Simple, realistic, and doable.

  1. Momentum without burnout

What to do when you slip up, how to restart, and how to keep moving forward without feeling overwhelmed.
